III. Project Description              

Comprehensive Transportation Hub Project of East Hancheng Station is located at southwest side of Liufang Village of Hancheng City. It will be planned, built and used with east station of Xi’an-Hancheng Intercity Railway simultaneously. As the matched facilities of railway passenger station, the project takes railway passenger station building as main and arranges bus hubs, social parking lot, taxi stop and other city traffic facilities so as to form a comprehensive traffic hub inside and outside of the city. The project has a construction area of about 93000 m2 (about 139 mu), of which, the square has a covered area of 24000 m2, bus stops have a covered area of 6000 m2, taxi stops have a covered area of 5000 m2, passenger station has the covered area of 57000 m2 and the construction area of under the ground is 11000 m2.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form     

Total investment of the project is RMB 206 million Yuan. Cooperation form: sole investment or joint venture.
