III.Project Description

According to the Overall Tourism Planning of Yuhua Palace, the total land area of the project is about  2,200 mu. Firstly, build a complex of Tang Culture and Silk Road Culture, with a total building area of  19,400m ; Secondly, build Yuhua Mountain Residence Project integrating the theme inn, residential  accommodation and workshop; Thirdly, build an ice and snow world, forest health center, forest  children's paradise, forest expansion base and forest health walk around the pilot construction unit of  forest health base; Fourthly, build a medical and health care center of 22,500m and relevant supporting  works.

IV. Total Investment and Way of Cooperation

Total investment of the project is RMB one billion Yuan. Cooperation form: joint venture or  cooperation.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return

Relying on the fine ecological and human resources of Yuhua Palace Scenic Area, the project is planned  to improve the tourism service facilities of “eating, housing, traveling, shopping and amusement” ,  extend tourists’ stay and improve the level of scenic area. Based on Xuan Zang Culture and Forest  Nursing, the project is planned to build a top-ranking tourism and experimenting holy land, upgrading  the regional economy and economic benefits. It is estimated that annual comprehensive income will  reach RMB 50 million Yuan.
